A Message to My Mother:
I can't believe that on September 8 it will be three years since you passed away. Every day, I miss hearing your voice, your optimistic outlook on life, your caring ways, your strength in dealing with life challenges and of course, your presence.
I wear something of yours everyday-- a pin, a ring, earrings, a necklace--to keep your memory close to my heart. My hope is that you are looking down on me and smiling, that you know that I will keep trying to honor your memory, and that your memory lives on in all of those who you have touched.

What a beautiful post. I am sure your Mom would be honored. I too lost my Mom 6 1/2 yrs ago...some days I still feel lost without her and am writing a memoir in which she will play a starring role.
Sending prayers,
Stephanie
How great that you are writing a memoir with your mom as the star. Your writing will keep her alive in your heart. It will also be a remembrance of her for others.
Thanks for sharing.
Oh, how sweet. My mom passed 6 years ago. Her memory lives on in my heart as if she is still here. It's amazing how I still see her face.. that has not changed.
Best, Carol

Our mothers live in our hearts forever. No matter how much time passes, we remember them.
It has now been 7 Mother's Days since Mama passed away but it seems like yesterday. Time, in one sense, has stood still in my heart when it comes to remembering my mother whom I love maybe even more now that she has departed this life and I've had time to reflect on what a blessing and gift of God she was to me as her son and to many others. Love You Mama, Alan.
